Extended Stay America Suites- Stockton - Tracy

Not the fanciest but it's an Extended Stay. Good value for the area, good location next to freeways and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Traveling solo female, I felt pretty safe, vehicle was safe. Mostly just workers here. Worst thing was the broken bathroom fan that made a racket when it decides to come to life, the power outlet in the kitchen was hit or miss, and the hallway smells like an Indian TV dinner. Walls are a little thin but it's mostly quiet pretty early at night. The AC unit fan was loud enough to help me sleep through anything else. Overall, I'd stay here again. I recommend the BJs brew house across the street.

My wife and I have a lot of great things to say about this place. First off the staff members have been absolutely tremendous! Very professional, respectful, caring and accommodating. I must mention the following three are amazing: Sean, Vicky, and Maria! If it wasn't for these individuals our experience would have been a lot different. We love it here and will definitely recommend this to anybody we know that is looking for a temporary place to stay. Secondly the location is perfect. You are next to eatery's, grocery stores and a short walk to the mall. Very convenient. Thank you Extended Stay and thank you again to Sean, Vicky, and Maria!

Location worked for me. Close enough to where I needed to commute to. The rooms were clean but I did not get any cleaning service during the week. Had to throw out my own trash. Was able to ask the front desk for any towels or dishes that I needed. The front desk was usually unmanaged. Every time I passed by they were in the back, but if I spoke up someone was there to help pretty quickly. The wifi in this place is okay for phone use, but if plan on gaming or any other than doom scrolling or emails it was very bad. Constantly getting kicked out of games and the latency spikes were ranging from 90 to 4,000. I even paid for the better wifi and it was terrible. I did talk to the manager of the hotel and he refunded me the money I paid for the "upgraded wifi", which was nice of him.

Had a great stay here! The amenities were comfortable, and Sean was wonderful to interact with. The hotel has such a personal, welcoming feel — something that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

I give this ESA 4 Stars but there is room for improvement. Almost every hotel I stay at has 24 hour coffee. This one doesn’t. Many of the places I stay at have Free guest laundry. This one charges $3/wash & $2 Dry. I forgot to report that the phone in my room didn’t work. It may have been unplugged IDK. I like it better when my employer sets me up with hotels with real continental breakfast. My last note is, none of the 11 days and nights I stayed here was I greeted coming or leaving each day. Many of the hotels I stay at do that. Including other ESA’s. I think one front desk clerk said something once. The room itself was good. A king suite with full kitchen including two burner stove, upper n lower white fridge and small microwave. Finally, no room service / 11 days. Only towel exchange!

I loved almost everything about this Extended Stay in Tracy California. The staff is the best. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Customer care with a smile. The rooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. The only issue I had was with the elevator. During my stay, it went down a couple of times for more than a couple of days each time. This was very inconvenient for me since I like to stay on the top floor. Otherwise I highly recommend this location.

Good value for what you get here. It's not the Hamptons or Marriot but it's not Motel 6 either. The room I stayed in during my last stay seemed a little outdated & could use a few "new" things but everything still worked fine. Service is always good here. The manager Sean has always treated me well. Same for the staff from front desk clerks to maintenance and room cleaners (Louie, Helen & the others). The only thing that sucked was that I couldn't get my laptop connected to the wi-fi. Everything else was able to connect (cell, streaming device). Tech support said it was a laptop issue & that I should contact the manufacturer. Yet my laptop works everywhere else I've been . Location is awesome. Everything you need is within walking distance (eateries, grocery store, department stores, etc).
